CD/DVD DRIVE

I have DELL VOSTRO 3558 , My dvd driver was working perfectly , but suddenly it stopped to work , when i ran the Dell support assist, i had this errors

1 - opu test wcd43-ohe

2- fash rom test wcd41-o8k

and the test had showed that is there isn't a media dvd inside
