DELL FACTORY INSTALLED SOFTWARE
HELLO
I was lost dell factory installed software to reinstall it. So when I visit dell support centre website to download factory set up software following option are opened
We have detected that you are using Microsoft Windows Experience
Interface to register your machine. You must launch this application
using the standard Internet Explorer Desktop Browser on your computer in order
to complete the registration. After your machine has been registered using the
Standard Desktop Browser (IE), then you will be able to access this site using
either the Windows Experience Interface or IE browser to download your entitled
software.
Before proceeding to register your machine, please
follow the steps below.
- 1. Please select the "Page Tool"
icon located at the
bottom of your screen - 2. Select the option "View on the Desktop"
- 3. This will change the view from the Windows Experience Interface ---->
to Desktop Internet Explorer - 4. Check the "Terms and Conditions" to continue with your system
registration
When opened page tool nothing option are available and I cannot download factory installed software. what can I do Please help to restore factory installed software.

Please follow the on-screen instructions to register the system and download the required software. Ensure that the pop-up blocker is disabled, and run the prompted add-ons.
