DVD Burning problem

My Dell XPS M1330 wont burn any DVD, i searched to fix the problem, guys said that i have to update my firmare DVD drive/, but didn't find any driver update

plz tell me how to fix the problem

my DVD drive details

 MATSHITADVD+-RW UJ 857G Z11, MAX speed writing is 4x

OS Windows 7 32 bit

the problem is showed in below pic

Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit

I've tried

SmartTrack DVD +R 1-16x

SmartTrack DVD +RW 4x

the same problem for both

What's the OS and what blank discs?

Go to Osprey's Toolbox (link below) and grab DVD Identifier. Use that to determine the media code of those discs.

So your DVD+R 16x discs are Ritek F16. While not first rate, they're considered decent.

I would try the upper/lower filter trick to see if that helps at all.

Okey, wich  types of DVD you can recomend that support to my drive ?

Did you try the upper and lower filters trick?

Your drive supports any type of blank DVD but I recommend using good quality media. I've got some recommendations in Osprey's Toolbox.
