DVD DECODER

Hi, I could watch movies before on my pc but now I can't. I get the DVD decoder error and I ran the check and it says that I don't have the decoder, but how was I watching moveies before?

the decoder is included in powerdvd and windvd, one of which should have come with your system.

Thanks for the tip. It didn't come with the pc, so I guess I can just call and ask for it ?!

if you're still within warranty then yes.

so, i'm having the same problem. My computer came with Cyberlink, but i can't find it on the reinstall discs so i'm without a dvd decoder. I am under warranty, so how do I go about getting the software (or at least the decoder) replaced?
