DVD Regional Code
I have a Vostro 200 operating with Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition. When I attempt to play a DVD I get the message " Unable to play DVD because it does not match Regional Code for your disc player. What does this mean and how can I fix it?

Welcome to the Dell Community Forums.
What this means is that the DVD you are trying to play was made for a different region of the world, like Europe or Asia. Unless you know the region code for the DVD you will not be able to play it.
