Dell 4600C Hard Drive failed
My Dell 4600C Hard Drive failed a couple of weeks ago. Bought an new HD and want to re-install everything back to the new HD. But I couldn't the find OS CD. I couldn't remember if I got the CD from Dell when I got the computer. From the computer, I found the Serial Number and other key values. How can I get the OS? Will Dell provide me the OS this time?

You can request the discs here. If Dell won't send them because you already got them once, you can use the discs for another machine or from a friend (or enemy) as long as it matches what you originally bought (e.g. OEM Home).
