Dell M4800 USB Ports Slow Transfer

I'm getting slow speed transfers searched in in the forums but I'm a little lost, with all windows updates and Dell bios and and drivers don't know whats doing that in the past didn't have this problem.

I copy files from PC to different USB pen drives and get a speed of 8/MBs tried all USB ports and get the same speed I event change properties of USB pen drive to better performance in the USB settings.

Any idea to fix the speed when copy files. ?
