Dell Mouse WM126 battery Drain to fast
Hi,
I had purchased Dell WM126 wireless mouse in 2019. The problem with it from day 1 is with the battery drain very very fast. Normal battery stays from 5-6 days and Duracell lasts for 12-13 days.
Though the warranty period is already due, can anyone help to sort out this issue?
To me, the best option now is to buy other reliable brand's mouse but still looking for support.

Dell will need a copy of the Dell purchase invoice to validate the purchase date and warranty period. If you cannot find the Dell purchase invoice, there is nothing that Dell can do.
