Dimension 2350 - Time to can it?
Flashed the BIOS w/the file on support.dell.com from vers 1 to vers 2, now doesn't recognize HD. Even tried reloading XP from bootable CD, but get error message that there is no boot device.
Any thoughts?

If you flashed the BIOS, then you should go into the BIOS, aka, system setup, and check your settings. You will need to set things back to the settings you had before the flash. That's why you should write down all your settings first.
Do not reinstall XP until you've done this, or you'll just waste your time.
