Dimension 9200 and 1gb hdd

Hopefully someone here can help me with the following...

I've got a dimension 9200 machine with 3 sata hdd's, two of them came installed when i brought the pc which adds upto 500gb then i installed another drive last year again another 500gb. Now i've brought a 4th drive which is a 1GB hdd (model is Samsung HD103UJ), i have plugged it all in the same way as the other drives using a sata cable and turned sata/raid on in the bios for the selected sata connection i've used. However then when attempting to boot up the pc i get past the first inital bios screen and then to the next screen where it lists the drive's it has found. It lists all the drives but doesn't go any further even though it has listed the 3 drives and also my new one.

There's probably something i've missed in the settings, has anyone got any ideas from the above?
