Hard drive failure, software loss

After a hard drive failure on my dell inspiron n5110, I was not pleased after I had to disassemble the computer down to the motherboard, and was not happy at all. I even may have to buy windows. This itself is very expensive, but I am extremely angry that I also lost 300 dollars on software such as microsoft office and adobe photoshop and etc. I would like to ask what dell does about this.

Hi Davarco,

It is unfortunate that the computer had a hard drive failure.  You may use the below link to install all the factory installed applications:

Also send me the system service tag via private message. I will check and let you know what can be done for MS office and adobe.
