Has optiplex 3040 SFF room for 2 hdd?

Below is the configuration supported on the Optiplex 3040 SFF:

• Total HDDs/SSDs: 1 x 3.5" / 1 x 2.5" 

This system supports 

• only 1 ODD + 1 HDD or 2 HDDs. 

So if your system has 1 ODD and you want to add another HDD, then you need to remove the ODD and replace it with the secondary HDD.
