Hdd failed. need replacement discs.

Xps 9100 win 7 bought 2010 with addl 3yr extended warranty. Requests for another extention purchase went unanswered.  Now Hdd has failed so i cannot access recovery. Now need replacement discs with win7 to start new drive. Cannot access request forum. Thanks,  Dee
