Inspiron 15 5559 SMART short test timed out
Ran full diagnostic scan to attempt to diagnose slow computer problem. Scan results show hardware type WDC WD10JPVX-(numbers) SMART Short Self Test Timed Out.
Why? And now What?
Purchased this laptop new less than 30 days ago.
So far extremly sow and now this.
Anyou help?

Are you able to boot into the safe mode and check if the system is still performing slow on the same applications that you normally use?
please click my DELL-username and send me a Private Message with the Dell Service Tag number and your email address along with the validation code that you get when you run the diagnostic.
