Inspiron 1501 HL-DT-ST DVD+-RW GSA-T11N
I have tried reinstalling my DVD/CD-ROM drive and it still has the same error it says that windows cannot load the device driver for this hard ware can anyone help me fix this?

Please follow the instructions in the CD/DVD FAQ under "code 39 error". Use the Guided Help. That should fix this.
