Inspiron Hard Drive Errors
My Inspiron 4110 just went black and froze up. Upon reboot, windows failed to start with several system files showing as corrupt. I then ran the diagnostics from the boot menu and the disk test failed with Error Code 2000-0151. A subsequent run of chkdsk shows a very large number of invalid clusters. I am assuming that the hard drive has crashed. Since this is still under warranty, what must I do to replace the drive?
Any assistance will be gladly appreciated,

Call Dell support with the error code - they will arrange a drive replacement. The hard drive in this model is not customer-replaceable (it's located under the system board, which must be removed to change the drive), so Dell will either do a depot repair (you send the system in to Dell) or an onsite repair (they dispatch a technician) depending on the warranty you purchased with the system.
