Latitude D620 install 500GB HD ?

My Latitude D620 with Bios version : A05, Intel Core2 Duo Processor, clock speed : 2 GHz,
Memory installed: 2048 MB DDR2 SDRAM, Memory speed    : 533 MHz,
winXP prof. SP3
came with a Samsung 160GB SATA HD Model: HM160JI.

I am considering to buy a 500GB SATA-300 HD. Will this work in the D620?

Specifically, I have in mind one of the following:

Samsung SpinPoint M60S HM500LI    500 GB / 5400 rpm / 8 MB / Serial ATA-300, or

WD Scorpio Blue WD5000BEVT  500 GB / 5400 rpm / 8 MB / Serial ATA-300, or

Seagate Momentus 5400.6 ST9500325AS    500 GB / 5400 rpm / 8 MB / Serial ATA-300.
