Locked ssd

Hi I need help. My ssd hard drive was locked to my Dell optiplex and when I was using my computer it just died. End up turning out to be the motherboard is dead. So I built up another pc and now I cannot get to use my hard-drive because its locked and im not getting to access the partition. I know my password for my hard drive but where can I put it in to unlock my hard drive ?
