Lost second hard drive

I just did a restore on my second hard drive using a image backup and now I can not see the drive.  It is still in the devise manager, but not in windows Explorer or My computer.  I tried to delete the driver and restart the computer.  It found the drive, but I still can not see the drive.

I am running a Dell 4600 with Windows XP Pro. 

Any ideas what to do?
