No bootable sector/No media cable
I brought a new hard drive for my laptop which is a dell1545. I put the new hard drive in and put the software in so i could download the software but it wont do anything, all it gives me is NO BOOT SECTOR and NO MEDIA CABLE. How do i get it to download?

You need to boot the system from a Windows disc and load WIndows. Insert the windows disc in the DVD drive, press F12 at powerup, and boot from that disc.
Once Windows is installed, there are many drivers and even more updates that you'll need. See:
