Optiplex 745
Helloooooooooooo! New Here........
I've got a Dell Optiplex 745, bios updated to 2010 version. My TSSTcorp CDRW/DVD TSL462D ATA Device [Optical drive] will not read a blank DVD. If there is something on it (anything), it's OK. And Blank CD's are OK.
Can anyone help?

If it'll read CDs but not DVDs, the DVD laser is toast - replace the drive.
