Play VOB files using Power DVD?

I have a few "VOB" files on my hard drive, and when I double-click any file of this type, Power DVD appears.  Unfortunately, the next message is an error "the system cannot find the file specified".

Is there any way to play vob files from my hard drive (using Power DVD), or should I be looking for some additional software somewhere?

Thanks -

Are you VOB files in a VIDEO_TS folder?

PowerDVD can play VOB files. I usually start up PowerDVD then choose the option
to play files on the hard drive and go over to the subdirectory with the VOB files.
