Primary hard drive is locked password authentication system
H, I have a customer with a Dell XPS 17" laptop, with a password locked hard drive. I can give you the Service Tag and all pertinent info on the customer. Please help.

Thank you for your message. Is the system asking for a hard drive password or the BIOS password? I can try to assist with this once the account has been verified.
For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Sreejith R) & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.
How to locate the service tag
