Some DVDs will not play on my dell inspiron 1545
Ive had this problem once before and now after trying to play my greys anatomy disc it will not work!! (it is a proper copy) I can hear the dvd spinning, but powerdvd just freezes and will not play it.
What can I do... please help! I really want to watch greys anatomy on my laptop :(

Hi Sahds,
Please try this trick. Insert the disc but do not start PowerDVD (or exit the program). Then open My Computer, right click your DVD drive and select Explore. Tell me if you see the audio and video folders on the disc.
Also check to see if this happens with some of your other DVDs.
