Swapping our 80G drive with 250G drive

My old Dimensions 9100 has a 250G, NATIVE COMMAND QUEUEING, 7.2K, 8M Lead Free, MXT-SA but the pc doesn't work any more so I have another Dimensions 9100 that has Hard Drive, 80GB, Serial ATA 7.2K, 8MB, Native Command Queueing, SeaGate.  The question is can I replace the 80GB drive with the 250G drive?
