Targeted Read Error: WHD20-D10
Got this error code while running Dell diagnostics for Hard Drive. One sector error on 622608610.
Inspiron 660S. Western Digital Model WDC WD5000AAKX-75U6A
Ran extensive hard drive diagnostic using System Mechanic and it comes up clean.. Computer runs fine otherwise. Under warranty for next 97 days.
I'll contact Tech Support tomorrow (Monday) to get additional help.

Hi John,
The PSA diagnostics results indicate that the hard drive has encountered failure and it has to be replaced. Since you have mentioned that your computer is under warranty, please send me the service tag and registered owner’s name on the computer in a Private Message to assist you further. May I know if the error was a result of Dell PC Checkup?
To confirm the functionality of the hard drive we can run Preboot System Assessment. Please refer the following link for instructions: http://dell.to/YFPMVa

Hello Kaylan,
The original error message was a result of the Dell PC checkup.
I ran the PSA Diagnostic and here are the results:
Error Code 2000-0142
Validation 119512
Msg: Hard Drive 0- S/N WD-WCC2E0991779
Short Test unsuccessful.
The Interactive Search Agent is currently offline.
