Unable to install Dell Active pen for my PN557W
Hello,
I'm unable to install Dell Active pen app. I've downloaded offical driver from here: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en/us/czdhs1/product-support/product/dell-active-pen-pn557w/drivers
When I started Active pen app, I've got info(error) msg: "This app requires the wacom Pen driver to be installed, please go to Wacom.com to download". It's a link button which leads here: http://us.wacom.com/en/feeldriver/?dlid=621ad0
I downloaded the file, it's called "Wacom_Components_7.6-29.23.44_DELL_win_32_64.exe" however it is installing Dell Active pen app, which then shows mentioned error message again.

The pen is only supported on the platforms below.

The App or the pen itself? Because other than that, the pen is working perfectly on my XPS 15-9570. So I don't see any reason why the app shouldn't work. Moreover, the error doesn't indicate a compatibility issue. But rather missing something issue.

Both are not listed as compatible.
DELL-Jesse L was simply going off of the PN557W sales site which shows the compatible PCs as =
The 5/5/18 driver states =
This package provides the Control Panel for Dell Active Pens and is supported on select Inspiron series, XPS series, Tablet, Latitude for Peripherals running the following Operating Systems: Windows 8.1, Windows 10 & Windows 10 Anniversary (RS1)
The 6/18/19 driver states =
This package provides the Control Panel for Dell Active Pens and is supported on select Inspiron series, XPS series, Tablet, Latitude for Peripherals running the following Operating Systems: Windows 10
The "Dell Active Pen PN556W and PN557W Support Center" article also does not mention the XPS 15-9570.

I have the same issue with a supported Dell Latitude 7285.

Hi Dell Team,
I have received with my Dell Latitude 5290 2-in-1 the Dell PN557W Pen, I have downloaded the App from the Dell support website and I have exactly the same problem as reported above, the message "This app requires the Wacom Pen Driver to be installed, please go to Wacom.com to download"
When I click on the link, I arrive here: https://us.wacom.com/en/feeldriver/?dlid=621ad0
When I click on Download button, I get the following message: "This app can’t run on you PC, To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher"
So what should I do now?
