Where is the Recovery partition

Hello again all,

Need to know where is the recovery partition on the Dell Dimension 2350; And how do I access it?

I tried the ctrl-f11 key but it does nothing.

What specific keys need to be pressed to access the Recovery partition on this Dell?

thanks,

You may not have the Dell PD Restore by Symantec utility on your 2350, this is install on Dimension systems shipped after 7.16.04.

An other way to tell, is to check Disk Management and see if there's a small 2.5 to 4gb second partition on the hard drive.

I am workin on a Dell XPS200 and I checked disk management like you suggested and there is a 4.63 Gb partition (formatted FAT32) shown on this computer.  I have tried the ctrl and F11 thing.  Pressing and holding and repeatedly pressing and realeasing.  If any thing at all happens it is a keyboard error.  Otherwise it boots normally.  What am I doing wrong?
