cd & dvd will not eject
Have a Dell Vista laptop. I cannot get my dvd disc to eject. Please advise anyone. spijan

Hi, spijan,
There are two things I want you to try:
1. Open My Computer, right click your DVD drive and select Eject.
2. Boot to the BIOS (F2). While in the BIOS, try pressing the eject button and see if the drive opens.
Let me know which of these worked and which did not.
