dimension 4400 w/ windows XP- dump and reinstall OS
HI,
I would like to find out how to uninstall and then reinstall the operating system. I'm thinking that ( from what i've read ), that will probably solve my slow and nonresponsive program issues.
Can anyone help?

Formatting the hard drive will remove everything. Formatting is done as part of reinstallation of Windows XP. See the following:
