unable to open the cd / dvd player
hi
I have a Inspiron N5010 and i cannot open the cd\dvd drive. Any ideas on how I can get it back wokring?

Hi kimbames,
Try this. Go to Computer, right click the DVD drive and select Eject. Tell me if the tray opens.
