The default login should be the eccadmin user. This account should exist on the server where this is installed and if the password is unknown resetting this account should get you access into ECC.
Now if they removed the eccadmin from the ECC software not sure where to go.
I am assuming that you were able to install the repository and EMC ControlCenter server (which would not be possible if the eccadmin acct did not exist):
-Check the account on the Windows server, verify that the password is correct. -Verify that you can login to Windows as eccadmin
In order to log into ControlCenter, the user information must be valid and accessible to the Host. If this does not resolve the problem, contact EMC Support for further assistance.
