New patch for 5.2 SP5
I am preparing to apply SP5 today and noticed the new patch 3797 for SP 5 was released last Friday (Nov. 10th).
The patch README states this patch is to be applied to:
"Master or any other MVS agent fails to install at SP5"
My question is :
Will you clarify whether this patch applies to:
a.) MVS Master agent
b.) any MVS agent, or
c.) any Master agent?

I believe the HF is related to the MVS Master Agent only (specifically the ftp process to upload/push the sub-agents). There is some additional info in the emc knowledgebase article emc145937.
The other Master agents are not effected, so there's no need to apply it if you don't have any mainframe agents.
