%subscribed in StorageScope is pool subscribed capacity (which is sum of total capacity of the thin devices bound to a pool) divided by the actual capacity of the pool (which is the sum of total capacity of the data devices bound to a pool).
In case of pool managed by FAST, thin devices can span multiple pools and get storage from multiple pools, so %subscribed can not be determined. Therefore it is empty in this case.
For solution enabler max_subs_percent, that is the maximum allowed %subscribe, it is not the actual %subscribed.
