An Unexpected Error Occurred When Updating my SA Profile

I managed to get my SA profile completed and saved for my laptop, after several of the above-noted error messages.  I am having no success with my XPS 8930 SE desktop, even when entering my information identically to what was accepted for my XPS 15 7590 laptop.  No matter how I reformat the information, I keep getting this error.

It shouldn't be this difficult.  Thank you and have a great day.

Regards,
-Phil

Just an update for those who might be having a similar issue.  Dell Tech Support had me uninstall, reboot, and reinstall SAC, reboot.  No change.  Same error.  I have sent them screenshots of the information that I am trying to enter.  I will keep this topic updated, as I hear from them.  They have escalated this problem to their internal team.  Response expected in one to two business days.

I am getting the same error, as of updating SupportAssist to latest version [3.8.1.23], this morning 17/01/21 at 06:00.  Will monitor this thread,
Thanks,
Trevor

@trevortheworker

I will update this topic as soon as I hear from Dell Tech Support, hopefully tomorrow or Tuesday.

Sorry to hear that you are having the same issue.

Have a great day.

Hi Phil,
Tried again today and my profile completed first time, so problem fixed for me.  Does your profile complete now?

Trevor

@trevortheworker

I just went in and checked and my profile was now correctly completed, despite my not having done anything since last Friday, when I was continually getting the error.

I am glad the issue is resolved for both of us.

Have a great day.

Regards,
-Phil
