Inspiron 15-3565 not booting/installing
Bios version:1.8.0
I have a laptop which HD failed 6 months ago and was replaced.
Now it tries to boot into recovery mode; I tried to install using recovery usb disk and windows 10 usb boot but always restart after few seconds.
The diagnosis shows HD had an error (errorcode 2000-0142) so I replaced with other disk, but is doing the same.
On recovery mode only showed the mouse and briefly a command window without any data; it doesn't show anything else.
When trying to boot with windows usb shows some weird lines, later shows the windows logo with weird lines on the half bottom on the screen and restarts; there is no way to install windows

Background Music: Robotchicken intro. Me: screaming IT'S ALIVE!
I solved using the OS Recovery tool.
At this point, I switch to advanced
After choosing to download for another pc. (using the service tag). I change to Reinstall Manually.
Then I let that finish the creation of the USB.
On the BIOS, the option was Secure Boot: Disable and Boot List: UEFI.
And after select, the USB on the menu displayed when you press F12

I had the same problem and i fixed this by updating the BIOS.
Don't waste time, just take an USB memory, search your Dell model by service tag/express and flash the BIOS.
