Support Assist - Installation installs all the application then deletes the launch file and shortcuts

Hi,

SA in my Inspirion 7570 got deleted on its own (the launch file was deleted and shortcut removed).

Then I uninstalled SA and downloaded the installer and Ran it as an administrator.

It installed everything and a shortcut was created on the desktop. I clicked the short cut and it launched.

But the installer deleted the shortcut and the launch file.

(I was able to run the SA and do all the operation, meaning all files are there on the machine)

But when I try to relaunch it - it does not launch as the installer uninstalled the launcher file and the shortcuts.

What is the reason?
