SupportAssist Update Plugin 5.0.1.10874 installs for hours
Hi, last week I got a notification for installing "SupportAssist Update Plugin 5.0.1.10874". After running for around 8 or 10 hours I just killed the process.
Today I received the same notification and clicked on "Installer" once again; it's been running for hours.
Is this a VERY LONG process and should I just wait for it to finish, or is there a problem with the installation?

I have the same problem, I think? It was installing last night, was still doing this morning. So I uninstalled the program. Reinstalled (download via Dell), started doing the same thing.
