Why Has Dell Pulled the Dell Update v4.7.0 Installers?

Apologies for the cross-post, but no one has replied to my 16-Nov-2022 question <here> in the Dell Productivity Software Support board.

Does anyone know why installers for Dell Update v4.7.0 (including variants such as Dell Update for Windows Universal v4.7.0, etc.) were removed from the Dell support site? My Dell Update for Windows Universal v4.6.0 app auto-updated to v4.7.0 on 02-Nov-2022 at launch but the standalone installer (Dell-Update-Windows-Universal-Application_MMJM6_WIN_4.7.0_A00_01.EXE, rel. 31-Oct-2022) was removed from the support page <here> for my Inspiron 5584 some time around 14-Nov-2022.

The "Important Information" section of the Dell Update for Windows Universal v4.7.0 release notes that were posted <here> (which now displays a "Driver Unavailable" message when I browse to that URL) stated that "Dell Update Classic interface is not supported from version 4.7 and later. If you have Dell Update Classic, Dell Update version 4.7 UWP is installed".

Is the a known issue with integration of Dell Update v4.7.0 and the latest SupportAssist v3.12.3.5, or were the Dell Update v4.7.0 installers pulled because some users encountered a glitch when they were being migrated from the "classic" Dell Update [i.e., the "old-style" Win32 installer for Win 8.1 and higher, rather than the "modern" Universal Windows Platform (UWP) version for Win 10 and higher] over to the UWP version?

Just an FYI that new Dell Update for Windows Universal v4.7.1 (Dell-Update-Windows-Universal-Application_0991N_WIN_4.7.1_A00.EXE, rel. 24-Nov-2022) was posted today on the support page <here> for my Inspiron 5584 ...

Dell Update WUA v4_7_1 Previous v4_7_0 Not Listed as Older Version 24 Nov 2022.png

... but when I click the Older Versions link there's no mention of the Dell Update for Windows Universal v4.7.0 app (Dell-Update-Windows-Universal-Application_MMJM6_WIN_4.7.0_A00_01.EXE, rel. 31-Oct-2022) that is currently installed on my Inspiron 5584.

The "Important Information" section of the release notes <here> for the new v4.7.1 Universal Windows Platform (UWP) app still states that "Dell Update Classic interface is not supported from version 4.7 and later. If you have Dell Update Classic, Dell Update version 4.7 UWP is installed" so I can only assume that Dell had to pull the v4.7.0 installers because the automatic migration from the "classic" Dell Update application to the Dell Update for Windows Universal UWP app didn't work correctly on some Win 10 / Win 11 systems.
