Can't optimize/suppottassist
For some reason optimization isn't working anymore.I click it and nothing happens but when I click other options like hardware checkup they work perfectly

Hi SerqioDimni,
can you please check under control panel if Dell SupportAssistAgent is installed or not if installed which version is installed.

Hi SerqioDimni,
you have correct version of SupportAssistAgent installed i would advise you to connect with Dell Tech support team for this issue so they can debug this issue on your box.
