Cannot delete item in Support Assist as admin
I need to delete a device in Support Assist 1.3 but the option is grayed out even when I am logged in as an administrator.
Any ideas how to fix this?

I have this same issue in 1.2.0.30.
Any input from Dell on how to delete devices from Support Assist would be appreciated.
