Need help installing Wifi driver on 3030 with win7

I recently purchased a used 3030 all in one Optiplex which had Windows 10 loaded on it. I took OS 10 off, and put on my Windows 7. I have since then been trying to download any/all drivers needed, but I am running into troubles getting the WiFi installed/working on it. I've tried multiple times now with no success. It was said on one of the driver pages here on the Dell Drivers pages, that I need a Chipset Utility driver, which I have installed, but the WiFi driver package still doesn't work.
