SupportAssist dissappear from start menu

Question

Hello, I am rohman on XPS 13 9360where can I locate SupportAssist that dissapear under Dell menu from start menu?It happens after running an update for Windows 10.I search in folderC:\Program Files\Dell\SupportAssistAgent\bin\it cannot run SupportAssist.In setting, Apps & features, SupportAssist already installed.

Hello, I ran up against exactly the same problem after updating for Win 10. After reading your message, I tried to run SupportAssistInstaller.exe in the folder C:\Program Files\Dell\SupportAssistAgent\bin\ to reinstall it. And now it works again! Hope this serves your turn.

I noticed today that SupportAssist has totally disappeared from the Dell menu in start. It never was very good but now it's gone. Wonder if Dell yanked it??

Thanks _Dream very much. Another way, I try to find SupportAssist with Cortana. It was found and worked with Edge. Case is closed.

I tried thisl. There is no Support Assist listed in bin.  Should I choose one of the other choices?  Win 10

You can reload it from the Dell website. That is what I did.
