update profile fails.

Hi @jfbooth

Please update SupportAssist to latest version 2.2.3.2 by navigating to top right corner of SupportAssist screen 'settings > About SupportAssist > check for updates. Please relaunch SupportAssist then try registration again. 

If the issue still exists,  Please navigate to SupportAssist > Get Support tab > click on "upload log file" link. It will send application logs to us for investigation.  Please share screenshots and other required files using  "Send files to Tech support" link on "Get Support" tab on SupportAssist.

Thank you.  I am running 2.2.3.2 but I followed your instructions to the letter.  Logs and screen shot of the error page.  Thank you again.
