Disk Utilization Buckets?

I've seen references on the forums amount the use of Disk Utilization buckets in Symmetrix Performance Analyzer.  What do the Utilization bucket values correspond to, with respect to disk groups?  Here's a snippet from my array:

Is there a good EMC document that describes the esoteric data in SPA a little better?
