The number 101-000-052is the EMC part number.

I searched above P/N in logistics and found it to be a 15k 146G disk drive.

Hope this helps!

Hello,

101-000-052 is just a simple.

I mean how do I look for EMC PN and SN number?

Example: PN = xxx-xxx-xxx and SN = xxxx-xxxx-xxxx (where x is a number)

I can find SN for the old hard drive via Inline command.

I know I cannot used Inline command to look for PN and SN number above.

I cannot train you for this. You need to get EMC certified training from appropriate training sources.

Hello

How do I run a disk report from a symmetrix machine?

If you are a EMC employee or partner, then you can run a disk hardware report from Procedure Wizard.

This will list all Disk with the P/N and S/N of each.
