I hav e already downloaded and installed solve desktop. My issue is regarding the symmetrix procedure generator for Partner.
Both the solve dektop and the support.emc.com when i try to download the procedure generator for partners redirect me to a powerlink site which does not exist anymore.
Hello! Did you get the procedure generator for partners / Symmetrix products? I have the same problem, I have a FCO on a vmax and I don't find the right procedure generator.
Our problem is that under the VMAX menu it's only appearing the customer procedures, despite the fact that we are authorized as partner. In my company we are 2 people certified for Symmetrix and both we have this problem with SolveDesktop.

Problem solved by EMC Solve Support. I have used the the help menu from Solve app to contact support and they solved this issue.

Tried both Solve desktop and support.emc.com both points to powerlink wich no longer exists.

You can get it by going to support.emc.com/search and typing in "solve desktop" as adit mentioned.
