VMAX powerdown after initial setup and needs to be Powered up.
After the initial setup like, bin load and etc..VMAX SE with a system plus storage bay, will be UP and probably it will be powered down. can anybody tell the procedure to do this ?, I assume the initial setup remains intact, things to keep in mind doing this or best practices.

you will need to get your EMC CE involved, it's not something we as customers can do. Everything that you did is saved in the bin ..no worries of losing that. You can backup symaccess views if you like:
symaccess -sid 123 backup -file backupfile.txt -nop
