Veritas DMP settings

Hank it looks like you can change iopolicy if you need. I can't find directions in our support knowledgebase. You have to care about iopolicy when using Clariions. The wrong iopolicy may trigger excessive trespasses.

I haven't seen those before but I do use all of these settings.

This is what I'm trying to resolve. I have a new server that has 4 HBAs going to 4 dedicated FAs. When I look at iostat I see high service times on one or two of the paths during high load while the others are within reason. The current setting is mimimumQ, I'm going to switch it to balanced to see if it resolves this issue.

Do you have an update for us regarding your DMP I/O policy changes?  I'm curious how this has turned out for you.
