take a look at this solution for appropriate flags:
emc200609
This solution says that all disks have to have the persistent bit enabled but i am not sure if cluster service validation checks all disks presented to the host or only the ones being configured as cluster resources.
i don't know about OS2007 flag but on my FAs that we use for Exchange 2007 (on windows 2003 servers) i have SCSI_3(SC3) enabled on the FA but SPC2 i set via hba_flag masking command since these FAs are used by other platforms and i don't want them to see this flag.
Well it looks like only hpux 11v3 (with its brand new mass storage something) and win2008 requires OS2007 flag.. However I expect that next releases of other OSes may require this flag ..
OS2007 is a brand new flag that offers compatibility with newer OSes .. Win2008, HPUX and a few other requires this flag .. Don't really remember what does it do .. but I remember it's needed by someone

Thanks this is good stuff... If I am reading this correctly I will have to change the following two bold flags?
